At HECKRON, our people are our greatest resource. Like all resources, appreciation must be responsibly allocated to ensure sustainable access across departments, business units, and fiscal periods.
Under the new Employee Appreciation Program, each employee is eligible to receive one complimentary expression of gratitude per fiscal quarter. Additional expressions may be requested through Human Resources, subject to departmental availability and demonstrated business need.
Unused appreciation does not roll over. Employees receiving recognition must acknowledge receipt within 48 hours so that gratitude can be properly documented and reconciled.
Developed entirely within the existing compensation budget, the initiative demonstrates HECKRON's continued commitment to operational excellence without unnecessary changes to employee remuneration.
Appreciation is priceless.
